We will communicate efficiently on the online platform and make sure all your design needs are met. We will advise if anything cannot be done… should not happen if you provide clear instructions and art. Our goal is to assist your team and/or become a part of your team.

Starting an account is simple! Navigate to our Sign-Up page, fill in the required details, and follow the on-screen instructions. To get started with our services, you’ll need to purchase an hours package according to your needs.
Yes! Our platform supports Parent-Child accounts. The Parent account holds the primary access and control, while Admin and Child accounts are sub-accounts linked to the Parent. This feature allows for collaboration without sharing personal login details. Great for teams or multiple users under one organization. Also, any member of the team can purchase hours which will be shared across all linked accounts, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

Once you are logged in, simply click the “New Project” button on your dashboard and follow the on-screen instructions.
The duration for completion varies by project. Some simpler tasks might take as little as 30 minutes, while more intricate projects could span several hours. Regardless, we always ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Certainly! You can request a quote for your project. Once you provide the necessary details, our team will review and give a cost estimate. There is a nominal 15-minute charge for this service. However, should you decide to proceed with the project, this charge will be deducted from the total project cost, ensuring fairness and transparency.
All your projects are conveniently displayed in your dashboard. You can preview the images, and a glimpse of the latest comments can be viewed directly from the welcome dashboard. For a quick preview of any project or its details, simply click on the respective entry.
Every project in your dashboard displays the total hours spent on it, ensuring transparency and clarity in usage. Additionally, when you navigate to the projects list, you’ll find a consolidated view where each project entry shows its respective consumed hours. This feature not only helps you monitor individual project hours but also provides a comprehensive view of your overall hours distribution.
When your hours run low, we’ve got you covered. Notifications are sent when you have 25% and 10% of your hours remaining. This gives you ample time to decide if you wish to purchase more hours.
You can easily add more hours through the ‘Add Hours’ option in your account. We’re excited to announce our new auto-renew feature. This allows your hours to be automatically replenished when they reach a specified threshold, ensuring uninterrupted service.
